Sorry, I can't come out of my cell right now; it's the weekend, so there's no staff:

All prisoners must remain in their cells for 22 hours a day. Rapists, Murderers, SBS pilots & Safety Offices are all treated the same.

Don't forget to come and visit me on a regular basis so I can give you updates!

Please can you bring some Yorkshire teabags?

Don't worry about me ,  With SBS hellbent on undermining Hot Air Balloon passenger safety;  I've more than enough   Yorkshire grit to see this through to a fair and logical conclusion.

In fairness to Mr McGill this where  our two  professions collide. If someone is injured whilst on a commercial aircraft, this is recorded as an Accident and not as Mr Magil states  Incident.  Remaining in the  World of aviation referance of  an  "incident" is only used where something occurs with an aircraft that has not cause injury.

From memory, I think I made either 54 or 58 appearances in Bristol Crown Court; So it should come as no surprise this chapter is going to be a long one, which I expect to get to around  March/April.

In time, and once I learn how to, I shall incorporate the facility of a subscription/mailing list so that you will get notifications of updates in a timely fashion.

Similar to YouTube, there will also be a YouTube Patreon facility where readers can support me with donations if they so wish. For now, it's simply a story that must be told.

(r) Indeed, our clients have an enviable safety record and have not lied about it. They have flown thousands of flights over a long period of time and almost all have been entirely without incident. Details of all air incidents are a matter of record on the Tanzanian civil aviation website.

For the avoidance of doubt, our client have experience just two incidents in addition to the one described above.

Firstly an incident occurred in 1999 when a tree was struck by a balloon upon landing. Two passengers were injured. The cause of the incident was identified as a gust of wind during otherwise fine conditions.

The second incident involved a fixed wing accident which experienced intermittent engine problems during a flight in 2008 and then crashed after stalling. The aircraft which had a valid airworthiness certificate, as you know, I just returned from a check 1 inspection in Dar Es Salaam three hours before the accident.
